Bedroom # 1: The master bedroom boasts a king bed, dresser, TV, en suite remodeled bathroom with walk-in shower, tub, and a walk-in closet.

Bedroom # 2: The upstairs second master bedroom includes a king bed, TV, and en-suite bathroom.

Bedroom # 3: The first of the upstairs guest rooms next off of the den includes a queen bed, closet, and plenty of light from the many windows with plantation shutters. This bedroom shares a bathroom with the second upstairs guest room.

Bedroom # 4: The second guest bedroom upstairs also includes a queen bed and private close, and access to the shared upstairs bathroom.

Bedroom # 5: In addition to another queen bed and views of the greenery in the front yard, this downstairs bedroom includes a full work-from-home set-up with a motorized standing desk, office chair, large monitor, keyboard, and mouse. This bedroom has access to the half bathroom in the entryway hallway.

GUEST ACCESS: Guests will have full access to the property during their stay, with the exception of one storage closet upstairs, which is used for storing our supplies.

OTHER THINGS TO NOTE:

• Max 8 guests. We are strict about informing us prior of additional guests or any additional daytime visitors to the house. We are happy for you to host a few friends/family at the house with our consent, but this is a quiet residential neighborhood, so it is NOT suitable for parties.

• There are stairs in this property. Please be ready and willing to climb stairs while staying at this property.

• There is a outdoor camera and a doorbell camera at the front door entrance to this property as well as a garage camera facing the garage door entry/exit to help us monitor occupancy.

• The house is equipped with NoiseAware, a smart home device that measures decibel levels throughout the property and allows us to respond to noise nuisances in a way that limits disruption of your stay.
