  • There is one king bed in the master loft, which sleep two adults. In addition, there are two (2) queen beds in the guest bedroom, which each can sleep two adults, and the third sleeping accommodation is a queen size fold-out daybed located in the living room that can sleep two (2) adults.

  • There is a doorbell camera at the front door entrance to this property and a garage camera facing the garage door entry/exit to help us monitor occupancy.

  • There are two garage clickers that will be left at the property for garage access. We can also provide a garage code if necessary. In the event that a garage clicker is lost, there is a fee for the cost of replacement.

  • The fold-out queen sized daybed is located in the main living area and is not in a self contained room with a door.

  • The townhouse is equipped with NoiseAware, a smart home device that measures decibel levels throughout the property and allows us to respond to noise nuisances in a way that limits disruption of your stay.

  • Magnolia Avenue is a lively urban street in Fort Worth. Occasionally, there is some associated noise but most guests find the property to be quiet and tranquil.
